Please expect 1-5 business days within the United States. (Not including holidays)
Once items are shipped, you should receive your package within 2-3 days.
Orders placed by 11 am will be shipped out same day as order placed. ordered placed after 11 am will be shipped out the following business day.

$26-50= $8 in shipping
$51-99= $10 in shipping
$100+= FREE SHIPPING

Return Policy

• We accept returns for a full store credit only; there will be no refunds sent back to a card.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All damage claims must be reported within three days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.
• Shoes must be returned in the original box and sent inside an additional protective shipping box or polymailer.
• All returns must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and have all the original tags attached. Any returns received with makeup stains, pet hair, deodorant stains, or smell like smoke will be refused and sent back to you and are subject to a $10 shipping charge.
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Returns

Please refer to our return policy above to ensure your return meets the standards prior to returning. Returns that do not meet all criteria will not be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to paid to have them returned to you.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed. After it is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
